Beaverite-(Cu) is a rare secondary mineral found in the oxidized zone over lead-bearing deposits.

RUSK COUNTY: Beaverite occurs as in the oxidized zone at the Flambeau Mine, near Ladysmith (Jones, Jones, and LaBerge, 1999).
