Description:

Huttonite is a rare colorless to white adamantine mineral found in certain complex pegmatites and associated placer deposits.

FLORENCE COUNTY: Huttonite is reported from the complex pegmatite dikes in T.39N. R.17E., near Fern (Falster, 1992, personal communication).
