Description:

Leucophosphite is a rare phosphate mineral found with other phosphate minerals in diverse environments.

RUSK COUNTY: Leucophosphite occurs as microscopic pale brown platey crystals and crystal rosettes in oxidized ore at the Flambeau Copper Mine, near Ladysmith (Buchholz, personal communication).
