Figure 1 from the report. The four units of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest (USFS) in northern Wisconsin. Grey dots represent water sampling locations.

This project in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest was lead by State Geologist Sue Swanson with WGNHS hydrogeologists G. Graham and Peter Chase, and is a partnership with United States Forest Service. This data series includes water quality sampling data, a supplemental report, and a factsheet. They find that water quality in the study area has been consistent for about a decade!
